Got an idea to benefit students and the community? We can make it happen!

last updated by Jonny on Wed 21st Nov 2012 |

We are asking students to look at what their life at Lancaster University involves other than studying and to think about how they could share their interests and passions with other students and the wider community. Life at uni is not just lived in the library (or the Sugarhouse): You might be part of a sports team, volunteer for a community project or have a passion for music, dance, art, anything!

However, no matter how enthusiastic you are there are always ideas and projects that never quite get off the ground because they lack the funds and support to make them happen. The Student Innovation Fund will enable other students, the community and wider society to benefit from your enterprising and innovative ideas by giving you this support.

Any student can apply to the Fund for support to make their idea a reality be it a one off event or a long term project.

If you have an idea as to how you can use your skills and experience to share your passion with others then get in touch with Joe Bourne at LUSU involve to find out how to apply.
